OCi specializes in precision optical components for the ultraviolet, visible, near and far infrared, in prototype and production quantities. Optical Components is a full-service precision optics facility offering a comprehensive line of services from substrate fabrication, through optical coatings design and deposition, to subassembly manufacturing. We can generate, shape, and polish intricate optics configurations using high speed double-sided grinders and polishers, fully automated LOH Spheronorm machines and CNC equipment. For optical engineers we have available a broad selection of stock test plates. In-house optical coating design capability gives us an unique flexibility to deposit a wide range of optical coatings from 260nm to far infrared. Our custom built vacuum chambers can accommodate substrates up to 16" in diameter for visible and NIR coatings, and up to 12" for IR optics. Interferometric, environmental and spectrophotometric compliance tests are performed with computer controlled instrumentation to ensure the highest quality optical coatings.
